Monte Cimone Natural Mineral Water is born from a quiet and pure environment, flowing from springs at over 935 meters above sea level in the mountainous heart of the "National Park of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines".
An in-depth geochemistry study, carried out in collaboration with the University of Trieste Department of Environmental and Marine Geological Sciences, highlighted the long stay of the water in the subsoil before extraction.
During this long period the water is enriched with mineral salts, preserving its original purity.
The saline composition and the pH of 7.5 make it a light and genuine water.
Studies conducted by the University of Pavia, Department of Pediatric Sciences of the S. Matteo Polyclinic, have also shown that Monte Cimone mineral water can be used in the preparation of newborns food.
