Monte Cimone Natural Mineral Water
Monte Cimone Natural Mineral Water, due to its reduced content of mineral salts (fixed residue at 180? C equal to 115 mg/l) has one of the lowest levels trace minerals. It flows out, microbiologically pure, at 935 metres above mean sea level, from springs and drilled wells located at the centre of a vast and evocative mountainous territory at the heart of the Apennines of Reggio Emilia, within the “Nature Park of the High Apennines of Modena” in a tranquil and absolutely uncontaminated environment.
The saline composition and the pH of 7.5 make its taste particularly pleasing and balanced. Due to its low sodium content (2.7 mg/l), as confirmed by the University of Bologna, Monte Cimone mineral water is recommended for low sodium diets and therefore is a good complement for diets aimed at preventing hypertension.  Clinical and pharmacological studies and tests conducted at Ferrara University have confirmed, on a scientific basis, both its pronounced direct diuretic property, and its indirect anti-inflammatory and anti-toxic effects, which are properties of the best trace element water. .

An interesting fact
For in-depth knowledge of the Monte Cimone Natural Mineral Water, the SEM Group conducted a geo-chemical study, in collaboration with Trieste University – Department of Geological, Environmental and Marine Sciences – Geochemical Isotopic Laboratory. It emerged that theMonte Cimone natural mineral water remained in the subsoil for many years before being withdrawn for bottling.  During this period, the water is enriched with mineral salts and is preserved in its pure state. The study confirmed that Monte Cimone natural mineral water comes from a very deep and protected spring: characteristics that have remarkable importance, in that the deep, vast circuits and the long period the water remains in the subsoil offer the greatest protection against any polluting processes, either from natural or human sources.

Fonte Ventasso Natural Mineral Water
Fonte Ventasso Natural Mineral Water flows out, microbiologically pure, at more than 1000 metres above sea level from springs and wells located at the centre of a vast mountainous territory in the heart of the National Park of the Apennines of Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. The very low nitrate content and the low quantity of mineral salts (fixed residue at 180? equal to 162 mg/l) put this water among those with the lightest trace elements. Thanks to these characteristics, the water is especially good in eliminating uric acid and aiding digestion. The saline composition and the pH of 7.5 make its taste particularly pleasing and balanced.

Sorgente Angelica Natural Mineral Water
The Angelica Spring Natural Mineral Water is characterised by a balanced content of mineral salts (fixed residue of 180? equal to 275 mg/l) ideal for those who like trace mineral water, without giving up the benefit of the mineral salts that are indispensable for a proper diet. Angelica Spring water flows out, microbiologically pure, at 605 metres above sea level from a drilled well located in the uncontaminated environment of the Umbrian mountains at the border with the Nature Park of Colfiorito.

An interesting fact
Since the beginning of the XVI century, the Angelica spring has been known for its evident therapeutic qualities.  Many doctors, chemists and physicians appreciated its benefits over the years: Bernardino da Spoleto, between 1509 and 1512, tried the water and drew up a long list of the ailments it cured; Annibale Camilli, who, in 1601, wrote the first treatise on the water of Nocera, called it “Angelica” for its curative and divine effects “.. very powerful for venomous bites” and there were many doctors who, in their prescriptions, ended up writing “if this medication doesn’t work, go to Bagno di Nocera, it will help wonderfully.” The hordes of visitors who left laden with water grew constantly. Iacobilli wrote in 1653: “This water, due to its admirable virtues, is taken by countless people, and is daily collected and taken not only to Rome, Florence, Milan and other places in Italy;  but also to Germany, Portugal, Constantinople and other very distant parts; so marvellous are its effects that it is called holy water.”
Illustrious persons such as Vincenzo Monti, Luigi Pirandello and Prince Nicolò Pallavicini, went to Bagni di Nocera, and renowned intellectuals like Alessandro Humboldt and Gay Lussac analysed the curative properties of the waters.
In 1998, a bottling factory was built and the water was marketed in the heart of Umbria.  The water’s recognised curative capacity saw the bottles of Nocera Umbra not only on the tables of the Italians, but also in America and India.  The lioness, the logo created when it was first marketed, symbolises health and still appears on all the bottles produced to this day.

Santa Lucia Natural Mineral Water
Santa Lucia Mineral Water comes from a protected area, rich in vegetation, located in the heart of the northwest part of the Apennines in the province of Reggio Emilia, 914.4 metres above sea level.  Two types of spring water are found; pure, fresh, purified and light, tasting only of the mineral content.  These two types of water have been bottled and sold since 1935.

The bottling
All the water bottling operations of the SEM Group are carried out in observance of the strictest Hygiene and Health Management System (HACCP) with full respect for the original characteristics of the water. The bottling is carrying out with the aid of the latest plant and equipment, with a rate of production that can compete with the best companies in the sector.

L’Acqua Effervescente Naturale Clavdia
L’Acqua Effervescente Naturale Clavdia vanta origini molto antiche.
